Beef whole ($1.87/lb), 1/2 beef ($1.92/lb): on the hanging weight. This price does not include the cost of processing (cut and wrap). The amount of meat you will receive is approximately 300-400 lbs for a whole beef. Since the size of the animal determines the amount of meat, all amounts are approximate. |
You will be purchasing a portion of a live animal. In order to confirm a custom whole, or half order, a deposit of $200 will be collected. The deposit becomes non-refundable after the animals are picked up and transported to the slaughterhouse. We will send a copy of the order for your signature and ask for the deposit at the time of order. Processing will begin within a couple of weeks of your order depending on availability. The balance will be due when the animal is delivered to the butcher. |
