PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND DEPOSIT |
I would like to purchase _________ (either a half or whole) beef animal from Basin Natural Beef, LLC, This is a 100% natural animal. I understand that the USDA Inspected slaughterhouse (Carefree Meats) will contact me to take my personal instructions. I am responsible for picking up the finished product from them. I understand that I am entering into a good-faith agreement for the purchase of a natural animal, and that every effort will be made to meet my satisfaction; however I agree to hold the seller harmless of anything other than failing to fulfill the order. The price of the beef will be $1.87 per pound (whole beef) or $1.92/lb (half beef) measured by the hanging weight. Standard cut and wrap is not included in this price. Cut, wrap and butcher fees will be paid by the customer to Carefree Meats. Delivery is available at an additional charge. A deposit of $200 is due at the time of ordering.
